Naturally Cretan 100% Family-Grown Olive Oil
Our olive oil is 100% natural and unfiltered, made from olives grown in the hills around Plakias and Sellia in South Crete. Harvested by hand and handled with care, the fruit stays in its best possible condition — preserving its distinctive flavour.
Our olive oil ususally has an acidity below 0.5%, with a mild, fresh taste and a vivid green colour. From the grove, the olives go straight to the local cooperative mill and from there into the tank. No additives, no industrial processing, no unnecessary detours.
